The main laboratories at the Department of Geosciences have four employees for the time being.
Together we have knowledge and practice from both research and technical support within geology, environment, biology, physics and electronics.
PLEASE NOTE:
due to renovation of Naturfagbygget, the laboratory facilities has moved temporary to Stakkevollveien 25, from February 2020 to January 2022.

We perform analyses, help students and researchers with the use of instruments, do data processing and mapping, equipment maintenance and develop new methods and equipment.
We also do commercial assignments, and some of the equipment is available for rent.
