Master students associated to TriArc work on important questions such as:

  • governmental and non-governmental conditions for agreements between forestry and indigenous peoples;
  • how can the Clyde River case in Canada affect the positive change on the duty to consult and on Inuits demands for inclusion in extractive industries as a means for achievning self-determination;
  • cross-country comparison of regulations, practices, and the socio-economic impacts of extractive industries; in-depth comparative study on post-mining land reclamation regimes.
