Filip Maric
Stillingsbeskrivelse
Filip Maric (PhD) er førsteamanuensis i fysioterapi ved UiT Norges arktiske universitet. Filips undervisnings- og forskningsaktiviteter spenner over feltene bærekraft, planetary health, miljøfysioterapi, kritisk teori, transformativ endring og miljøhumaniora.
Filip er grunnlegger og leder av Environmental Physiotherapy Association (EPA) og prosjektleder for EPT Agenda – et internasjonalt prosjekt for integrering av miljø- og bærekraftsperspektiver blant mer enn 100 universiteter som tilbyr fysioterapiutdanning.
Filip er en av grunnleggere av UiT miljøhumaniora forskningsgruppen, som samler forskere og studenter fra de fleste av UiTs fakulteter i et forsøk på å utforske dagens sosiale og økologiske utfordringer på en tverr- og transdisiplinær måte.
Som en del av UiTs bærekraftsteam bidrar Filip i utvikle og implementere universitetets handlingsplan for bærekraft.

- EXTREMES: The Extreme project aims to develop and disseminate a transformative interdisciplinary approach to studying Extreme Environments in the Arctic regions and beyond. The project is granted by UArctic (UA 06/2024, from 01-01-2025 to 31-12-2026) and it is a collaboration between UiT The Arctic University of Norway, (Department of Geosciences), the University of Copenhagen (Department of Arts and Cultural Studies) and the University of Iceland Research Centre in Þingeyjarsveit.
