A heartfelt thank you to the ECO_CARE and OIN teams, and all the institutions and individuals who made this year unforgettable. Here's a glimpse of our journey:

💙Slide 2 Winter Wonders: We kickstarted the year with open-access co-authored books and co-created university courses in collaboration with @dipartimentodimanagement and @dipartimento_scienze_della_terra @unitorino, @deepnetwork erasmus+ and @thalassophileproject

💙 Slide 3 Spring Living Lab Launch: Developed the OIN Living Lab with 13 partner institutions, funded by UArctic. A co-authored book on Ocean Literacy is forthcoming in 2025, alongside a scientific report, videodocumentaries, illustrations, and over 25 ocean literacy activities.

💙Slide 4 Summer Global Gatherings: Thanks to two satellite project fundings, we ventured to Brazil for the G20 and organized an autumn school with @theuniversityofbayreuth, @theuniversityofturin, @theuniversityofbari, and @Uarctic.

💙 Slide 5: Autumn Planetary Health & Advocacy: Developed the @Eugloh course on planetary health, prepared materials for the Oxford conference in 2025, and celebrated the book launch. We also marked 25.11 for the elimination of violence against women in academia.
📚 Research & Impact: Over 120+ results were published on the Norwegian database Cristin, engaging more than 300 students from 7+departments and faculties worldwide, and supported by two teams of over 30 researchers and community members.
What a year! Twice endorsed by the UN Ocean Decade. Here's to a Happy 2025, a year of wrap-ups and new beginnings 🎉🌍.
