Stillingsbeskrivelse

I am a PhD student in the Space Physics group, working on auroral particle precipitation and magnetosphere-ionosphere coupling. I am particularly interested in small-scale dynamic auroral forms and dispersive Alfvén waves.

In order to study these phenomena, I use and develop a time-dependent electron transport model (very imaginatively named AURORA) as well as sounding rocket measurements.

Research interests: auroral physics; ionospheric physics; magnetosphere-ionosphere coupling; dispersive Alfvén waves and wave-particle interactions; electron transport models; data visualization
