Working on Gender and Diversity Perspectives in Academia 

 

Project overview

The project is concerned with Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) perspectives in higher education and studies them as a practice and vision in academic teaching. The project studies institutional policy to explore how DEI is problematized in academia and explores how DEI permeates academic practices. The project aim is to understand how DEI and minority disparities are (re) produced and how voices of all backgrounds are validated in teaching and learning.
