Stillingsbeskrivelse

I am writing my PhD thesis within International Criminal Law, and my research is focusing on the challenges of the lack of a unified legal definition of the concept "terrorism". During my doctoral thesis I will seek to answer whether it after all does exist such a definition, despite the contextual lack of such, through International Custumary Law.
