Stillingsbeskrivelse

Prosjektleder for "Climate Change and Infectious Diseases - A One Health Approach", som er finansiert av NORAD (NORHED-II) for perioden 2021-2026. Prosjektet omhandler klimaendringer og infeksjonsbiologi i Uganda og Sør-Sudan, med Makerere University i Kampala, Uganda, som hovedsamarbeidspartner i sør. Prosjektet har engasjert seks PhD-studenter og seks masterstudenter som jobber med ulike infeksjonssjukdommer som kan overføres mellom dyr og mennesker, som tuberkulose, rabies og Ebolavirus.

    Patogener og infeksjonssjukdommer hos ville dyr og tamrein - forekomst og betydning på individ og populasjonsnivå. Sjukdommer som kan overføres mellom dyr og mennesker (zoonoser). Virologi.
