How do I upload my presentation?

  • You have several choices: connect your laptop, use a USB key to copy your presentation to the local computer or, as a last resort, send your presentation by email to the chair of your session. For the latter options, please go to the appropriate room before the session starts. A EuroSLA 34 volunteer will be present in each room for tech support.

Can I see the reviewer's comments on my abstract? 

  • Yes, you can see the reviewer's comments. Please, send us an email to eurosla34@uit.no and we will share them with you. 

My abstract was not accepted. Can I attend the conference? 

  • Yes, you are more than welcome to attend the conference. If you register you will have access to the full conference (Keynote presentations, parallel sessions, Round Table, Poster sessions, and Doctoral Workshop, Lunches, Reception)

Is it possible to attend the conference online? 

  •  Unfortunately, no. The conference will be in person.
    Plenary lectures will be streamed.

What is included in the fee? 

  • Admission to the conference (Round table, Keynote speaker talks, Presentations, Poster) 
    Lunches
    Reception
    1-year EuroSLA membership (50 Eur researchers / 30 Eur students) 

My abstract was accepted but I am not able to attend the conference anymore. How can I withdraw my abstract presentation? 

  • Login to your START account, select your submission, and click on withdraw. We will get a notification from the system but feel free to let us know your decision.

What is the final manuscript? 

  • If your abstract was accepted, you are asked to submit a final manuscript, this is the revised version of the accepted abstract. You have until 20th May 2025 to submit it. The requirements are the same as for the original abstract submission.

What are the requirements for the posters? 

When/where do I display my poster?

  • There will be poster walls setup in the main conference area. We have not assigned places to the posters, so you will be free to choose. Please do make sure that you put your poster up in good time before the poster session each day, preferably in the morning for Thursday/Friday, and Friday evening for Saturday.


How can I pay the registration fee and can I get a refund? 

  • You can pay the registration fee by card. Invoice payment is NOT available, unfortunately.
  • If you have to cancel your registration, your can get a refund by contacting Berg-Hansen at toni@berg-hansen.no. Cancellation fees will apply (about 200 NOK, in addition to the bank fees from your card).
  • After 13th June 2025, refunds cannot be made.
