Is it possible to submit an abstract after the deadline? 

• No, sorry. After the deadline, we cannot accept more abstracts. 

Can I see the reviewer's comments on my abstract? 

• Yes, you can see the reviewer's comments. Please, send us an email to eurosla34@uit.no and we will share them with you. 

I submitted an abstract to present it as an oral presentation but it was accepted as a poster. Is there a waiting list to present it as an oral presentation? 

• Yes, there is a waiting list. Due to limited space and time, some oral presentation abstracts were accepted as posters, and all of them are on a waiting list, ranked by the score received on the abstract. If one spot opens, we will inform the next person on the list. 
• This also applies to the Doctoral Workshop.

My abstract was not accepted. Can I attend the conference? 

• Yes, you are more than welcome to attend the conference. If you register you will have access to the full conference (Keynote presentations, parallel sessions, Round Table, Poster sessions, and Doctoral Workshop, Lunches, Reception)

Is it possible to attend the conference online? 

•  Unfortunately, no. The conference will be in person.
  We are evaluating the possibility of streaming the keynote presentations. 

What is included in the fee? 

• Admission to the conference (Round table, Keynote speaker talks, Presentations, Poster) 
  Lunches
  Reception
  1-year EuroSLA membership (50 Eur researchers / 30 Eur students) 

My abstract was accepted but I am not able to attend the conference anymore. How can I withdraw my abstract presentation? 

• Login to your START account, select your submission, and click on withdraw. We will get a notification from the system but feel free to let us know your decision.

What is the final manuscript? 

• If your abstract was accepted, you are asked to submit a final manuscript, this is the revised version of the accepted abstract. You have until 20th May 2025 to submit it.
