Participants are invited to meet in front of the main Library at 9:20 on Tuesday 24 September and we will go to the workshop site together.
Lunch is included in the conference fee and will be served in the main cafeteria (kantina),
Tuesday evening we will have a dinner for all workshp participants, and will be served at Árdna, our Sámi cultural building on campus. Map of Árdna. This dinner is included in the workshp fee.
Wednesday evening we will arrange for a dinner at a restaurant in Tromsø for all who are interested in joining. This is at your own expense and you can let us know at the workshop if you wish to join.
Accommodation
We have reserved rooms at Scandic Ishavshotell, single rooms at NOK 1250, including breakfast. If you wish to book a room there, please do so by emailing meeting.ishavshotel@scandichotels.comby September 11. The booking code 47088279 must be included in the email to ensure the rate.

From/to the airport:
Taxi: We recommend taking a taxi from the airport to your hotel - It costs about 220 NOK and you can wait in a short queue at the airport.
The airport is a 5-10 minute ride from both the city center and UiT.
