Stikkprøvekontroll av dokumenter i Søknadsweb / Random document control of documents in the application web

UiT Norges arktiske universitet vil i løpet av høstsemesteret 2023 gjennomføre en stikkprøvekontroll av dokumenter som er lastet opp i søknadsweb ved søknad om opptak. Dette i henhold til paragraf 48 h) og 51 i Forskrift om studier og eksamener ved UiT - Norges arktiske universitet og informasjon på våre nettsider.

Dokumentkontrollen vil i år kun gjelde dokumentasjon på fullført høyere utdanning (bachelorgrad), og de som plukkes ut må være forberedt på å fremvise originalt vitnemål og karakterutskrift for verifisering.

Dersom du er en av de som blir plukket ut for dokumentkontroll, vil du få en egen epost med nærmere informasjon om hva du må gjøre. Epost kan forventes mottatt innen 10. Oktober. Hvis du ikke mottar epost om dokumentkontroll, er du ikke plukket ut til kontroll.

During the autumn semester 2023, the admission office will do a random document control of documents uploaded to the application web when applying for admission. This is in accordance with section 48 h) and 51 in Regulations for studies and examinations at the UiT - The Arctic University of Norway, and information provided on our websites.

This year the document control only applies to documentation of completed higher education (bachelor's degree), and those selected must be prepared to present their original diploma and transcript of records for verification.

If you are one of those who are selected for a document control, you will receive a separate email with further information on what you must do. The email can be expected to be received by 10th October. If you do not receive an email about document control, you have not been selected.
