BARENTS PLUS MOBILITY PROGRAMME

Barents Plus programme is financed by the The Norwegian Barents Secretariat . UIT the Arctic University of Norway is responsible for the administration of the programme. Member universities can apply for individual mobility grants for own outgoing students and administrative/academic staff. 

Who is eligible to apply?

Students, academic and administrative staff memers of the participating universities (see the list of members in the upper menu)

The programme covers the following seven regions:

Norway: Troms and Finnmark and Nordland

Russia: Murmansk, Arkhangelsk, Nenets, Komi and Karelia
