Requirements to the institutional and individual reports
The reports must show how the grant was used. All participants must submit a narrative report and an overview of the overall costs for travel, accommodation and meals. In the financial report it is important to give detailed information about the institution’s and/or individual’s own share in the project
Students and staff submit individual reports to the respective Barents Plus coordinators. Individual report form can be found in the right menu.
Barents Plus coordinators prepare one institutional report form and enclose an official documentation/receipts of the expenditures and institution's own contribution.
