Participation in research group leader workshop

From the first to the second of October 2024 Bastian took part in the development programme for research group leaders organized by the faculty of health sciences in Sommarøy.

From Research group vision development to conflict management this course combined many important aspects and included a crucial networking part for research groupleaders through teamwork, dinner and - for the icebathing enthusiast - through swimming.

Looking forward to the next meeting in February!
