Travelling to Tromsø:
From Oslo to Tromsø there are frequent two-hour flights. The carriers that typically fly to Tromsø are Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) and Norwegian Air Shuttle. There are also direct flights from, for example, Frankfurt and Stockholm. Please book your flight to TOS (Tromsø airport).
The organizers do not cover travel expenses.
Travel from the airport:
The airport express coach stops at several hotels in central Tromsø. The travel time is approximately 10 – 15 minutes to Tromsø city center. The buses are located outside the arrival hall.
The taxi stand is also located directly outside the arrival hall. The travel time to city center is approximately 10 minutes.
City buses 24 and 42 are located outside the airport parking lot and include stops at Tromsø City Sentrum.
Accommodations:
Due to the demand for hotels in Tromsø during the summer months, it is recommended to book your hotel/accommodations as soon as possible. There are many different hotels located in Tromsø City Sentrum to choose from.
Venue:
The conference will be held in Store auditorium in the MH1 Building at the UiT campus.

Travel to the conference venue:
The easiest way to travel around Tromsø is by local bus. You may purchace the 7-day ticket (NOK 280) in the “Troms Billett” app on your mobile phone or on a travelcard.
