Stillingsbeskrivelse

Som instituttleder har jeg følgende sentrale arbeidsoppgaver: 
* Ledelse av faglig, strategisk og administrativ virksomhet på instituttet, herunder resultatansvar og personal- og økonomiansvar
* Særskilt fokus på ekstern finansiering av forsknings- og utdanningsaktiviteter
* Sikre kvalitet og god balanse mellom utdanning, forskning, formidling og innovasjon
* Bidra til å skape en positiv organisasjonskultur og stimulere til et produktivt arbeidsmiljø for ansatte og studenter
* Sikre et godt læringsmiljø og aktiv rekruttering av nye studenter
* Lede medvirkningsbaserte prosesser
* Representere instituttet og fremme internt og eksternt samarbeid
* Sikre at instituttet følger gode HMS-rutiner og ha god personaloppfølging
* Sørge for god teknisk- og administrativ støtte
* Sørge for at internkontroll og økonomistyring skjer i henhold til regelverk og rutiner

Jeg er også professor i industriell teknologi med fokus på prestasjonssmåling og bærekraftig styring av forsyningskjeder. Mitt samarbeid med akademiske, forsknings- og industrielle partnere har forsterket min tro på at teknologiske fremskritt er våre største fordeler når det gjelder å møte både nåværende og fremtidige utfordringer. Følgelig er min forskning dedikert til å identifisere disse utfordringene og utvikle integrerte systemløsninger som tilrettelegges av teknologisk fremgang.
