The transcript of records should include the list of courses for all the semesters that you have completed at your university with or without final grades, including your last semester.

TRANSCRIPTS MUST BE IN ENGLISH OR IN NORWEGIAN/DANISH/SWEDISH: Transcript of Records (Relevé de notes, Certificato di laurea, Expediente académico & Studienbuch) issued in a different language than English or one of the Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian & Swedish), must be translated into Norwegian or English. The translation must be done by the educational institution or a government-authorised translator. It must be apparent in the document which individual has done the translation with an official seal/stamp.
ELECTRONIC TRANSCRIPTS: We accept electronically issued transcript of records if they are official and approved by your home university.
GRADE EXPLANATION: Please make sure that your transcript of record contains grade explanation .

4- PROOF OF ENGLISH / NORWEGIAN PROFICIENCY
As a rule, you must have a good command of English at least B2 level or C1 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
ERASMUS+ STUDENTS: you are NOT required to submit any document about the English proficiency on the Application Web (Søknadsweb).
NORDIC STUDENTS from Finland (including Åland Islands), Denmark (including The Faroe Islands & Greenland), Iceland and Sweden: you DO NOT need to document any proof of English or Norwegian language proficiency if you have studied a Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian) and English during your upper secondary school education.
Students from universities in Australia, Canada, Ireland , the UK and the USA: you DO NOT need to document any proof of English langauge proficiency if you are a native speaker or studiying primarily in English at your home university.

5 - HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR ONLINE LEARNING AGREEMENT (OLA) TO UIT
WHEN TO SEND YOUR OLA ELECTRONICALLY TO UiT?
We prefer that you send your OLA electronically to UiT after you have uploaded all the required documents on the applicaiton web and have been admitted to the courses outlines in the Course Selection Form.
HOW TO FILL OUT YOUR LEARNING AGREEMENT FORM
Your Erasmus+ Coordinator or the International Office at your Home University should help you fill out the Learning Agreement with correct information about Traineeship Coordinator at UiT, duration of your traineeship, location of your traineeship and whether you are supposed to take courses in connection with your traineeship in Norway.
HOW TO SEND YOUR LEARNING AGREEMENT ELECTRONICALLY TO UiT
Please speak with your Erasmus+ Coordinator or the International Office at your Home / Sending University about how to send it electronically to UiT through the mobility software used at your Home University such as MoveOn, SoloMove or Mobility Online through the Erasmus WIthout Papers (EWP) system.
Your Home University will need this information to send your Online Learning Agreement (OLA) electronically to UiT:

What happens next?
- The Incoming Student Exchange Team will check whether you have uploaded all the required documents. If there is a missing document, we will inform you about that by email.
- If your application is complete, the Incoming Student Exchange Team will forward your application internally to the academic department/school to assess whether you meet the admission requirements for the modules you have chosen.
- If you do not meet the admission requirements for any of the modules you have chosen, the module coordinators at the academic department/school will send you an email to ask you to choose other modules or to provide more documents that prove you meet the admission requirements.
When the assessment process starts?
- 10 May for students commencing in the autumn semester (August to December) each year.
- 10 November for students commencing in the spring semester (January to June) each year.
What should you do during this phase?
Please wait until you have received an offer of admission (Letter of Acceptance) from the Incoming Student Exchange Team.
When will I receive my Acceptance Letter (offer of admission)?
Your application status will be "Under Review" until the final decision. You will receive a notification by email in June (for commencement in the autumn semester) and December (for commencement in the spring semester) to accept or decline your offer of admission.
The deadline for accepting or declining the offer of admission is specified in the "Notification of admission" email that was sent to you!
