    Rolf Wynn er lege, professor i psykiatri og leder av Forskningsgruppe psykiatri ved UiT Norges arktiske universitet. Han ble dr. art. i 1998 (Universitetet i Bergen) og dr. med. i 2004 (Universitetet i Tromsø). I perioden 2007-2018 var han professor i telemedisin og e-helse. Han har arbeidet spesielt med helsepsykologi og digitalisering og har publisert mer enn 300 vitenskapelige artikler. Hans arbeider er sitert mer enn 17 000 ganger. Han har veiledet 16 ph.d. studenter til doktorgrad.
