Stillingsbeskrivelse

Jeg jobber hovedsakelig med ulike omics-data i blod fra lungekreftpasienter og hvordan de korrelerer med endringer i immunceller i blod og i svulst. Jeg har lang erfaring (10 år) med analyser av ulike 'omics' data (genomiske, transkriptomiske og proteomiske data) både i menneskelige og i ikke-modell organismer. Jeg har studert molekylærbiologi i Tsjekkia og Sverige (Gøteborg, Uppsala) og i løpet av min forskerkarriere har jeg jobbet innenfor mange ulike forskningsområder og med mange ulike organismer. Jeg er for tiden også en del av andre studier som ser på inflammatoriske markører eller forurensninger i blodprøver.
