Stillingsbeskrivelse

Jeg er forsker ved UiT Norges arktiske universitet i et toårig forskningsprosjekt som undersøker hvordan psykososial støtte (PSS) for elever og peer support for lærere kan styrke trivsel og mestring i kontekster preget av konflikt og flukt. Forskningen fokuserer på Better Learning Program (BLP), implementert av Flyktninghjelpen (Norwegian Refugee Council), og bygger på mixed-methods tilnærminger. Arbeidet omfatter (nettbaserte) feltstudier i Palestina og Ukraina, samt forskning i Norge blant nyankomne flyktninger og innvandrere.

PhD-avhandlingen min undersøkte hvordan lærere og psykosociale veiledere implementerer skolebasert PSS for flyktningbarn i Libanon, med særlig vekt på BLP etter eksplosjonen i Beirut havn.
