Konstantinos is a PhD Fellow - Researcher at the Norwegian Centre for the Law of the Sea (NCLOS), focusing on shipping and the ecosystem approach.
Konstantinos studied law in the Democritus University of Thrace and holds two master's degrees, one in Public International Law from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and one in the Law of the Sea from UiT – The Arctic University of Norway. He has worked as a lawyer in Greece and is a member of the Athens Bar Association. He has also worked as a BlueBook trainee in the European Union Commission, in the Directorate-General responsible for the EU's Common Fisheries Policy. He started working in the PhD programme of UiT within NCLOS in April 2022. His doctorate thesis is titled "The Implementation of the Ecosystem Approach in Shipping: Norwegian Practice and Prospectives".
