Type of course

Clinical rotation at the University Hospital for exchange students from partner universities. On special occasions, UiT medical students can be admitted.

The students must have finished a sufficient part of their medical education, qualifying for the practical part of these modules at their partner university. Good knowledge of Norwegian or English language is mandatory.

Practical bedside teaching by experienced doctors/teachers.

Information to incoming exchange students

Due to capacity reasons, this course is only available for medical exchange students from the following partner universities: Ghent University, University of Ljubljana, University of Pretoria and partner universities in the Nordic countries. On some occasions, Praktische Jahre students from German universities may be accepted, depending on capacity.
