Participants will learn how to:

Do's and Don't's in a Norwegian workplace Hierarchy and how “flat” Norwegian work culture truly is Leadership styles: what leaders expect from you and what you can expect from them Communication styles: directness, diplomacy, and feedback culture Work-life balance: working hours, lunch culture, sick leave, and vacation norms, the role of trade unions
