Violence, Memory and Collective Trauma in Latin America

With the support of the Norwegian Latin American Research Network (NorLARNet), and the collaboration of the Centre for Peace Studies (CPS-UIT), the research group Politics of Culture in Latin America (POCLAT) organizes a one-day seminar in order to explore the interaction between memory and collective trauma, and the contemporary political and cultural practices for understanding the years of political violence in Latin America during the last decades of the 20th century.
