The school will occur from August 12-16. Accommodations are available August 11-17 in Kilpisjarvi, Finland. Lectures on the ionosphere, radars, incoherent scatter theory, and the EISCAT systems will be included. There will be breaks for meals and coffee.
Attendees will be organized into groups and plan a radar experiment on one of the EISCAT systems. A presentation on the experiment and results will be made by the group.
An excursion to the EISCAT_3D site will be included in the school.
