Venue and travel
The symposium will take place at Sommarøy Hotel situated in a fishing village one hour out of Tromsø.
We will travel in our own bus from Tromsø to the venue and back. The bus will leave at 10.30 am from Tromsø Airport on Thursday Sept. 21st. This means that travelers from other cities in Norway can arrive in the morning, while those coming from other countries have to stay overnight on their way. On Friday 22nd, the bus will arrive at the airport at 16 pm, in time for afternoon flights.
The costs for the conference will be approximately 3100 Nkr, to be paid at the hotel by the participants. This includes lunch and dinner Thursday, overnight stay from Thursday to Friday, and breakfast and lunch on Friday.
