Welcome to the seminar: Working with Norwegians

This seminar will explain the social norms, unwritten rules and expectations in Norwegian workplaces. It will provide a practical insight into what you may expect in Norway, both professionally and socially.

You  will learn how to deal with the lack of clarity that often is prevalent in Norwegian workplaces, and get information that is not easily accessible elsewhere. There will be exercises with scenarios where cultural differences come to the surface, for reflection and discussion. At the end, there will be a small part about socializing in Norway.
