Dr. Tess Caswell, a NASA analog astronaut who currently works at the NewSpace company Blue Origin will talk about international perspectives in space exploration, and for those who want to work in the space sector, ESA and NOSA will present relevant career opportunities!

Dr. Tess Caswell holds a PhD in Earth, Environmental and Planetary Sciences from Brown University and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alaska, and is currently working as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory. She is also a flight controller at Blue Origin, an American privately funded aerospace manufacturer and sub-orbital spaceflight services company owned by technology entrepreneur Jeff Bezos. Additionally, Dr. Caswell is involved with the Challenger Center, a non-profit organization that works to promote STEM and space science education. Earlier in her career, Dr. Caswell was an Environmental and Thermal Operating Systems flight controller for the International Space Station and a flight engineer for the 11th Human Exploration Research Analog mission at NASA Johnson Space Center.
