The Institute of psychology invites you to the Nordlys lecture 2017.

Martin Seligman has been Professor at the University of Pennsylvania since 1976 and is among the most distinguished psychologists in the world today. His research on learned helplessness contributed to a lasting change in psychology as a scientific discipline, and his subsequent work on depression has been ground-breaking in clinical psychology. Seligman was elected President of the American Psychological Association in 1996 and has established the movement of Positive Psychology. He has published 24 books, about 300 scientific articles, and has an h-index of 124.
