Are you feeling tired in the morning? Sleepy during the day? Like you have less energy? Find it difficult to get to sleep when going to bed in the evening? We may have a cure for that!
From 21 Ocotber, between 8:30 - 11:15 am - full spectrum lights are available in the closed down student café of Breiviklia (Depts. of History, Social Anthropology and Archaeology building), ground floor. The lights should only be used in the morning (not after lunch and later in the day), to get best effect. The purpose is to replace the missing sunlight. You will not get at tan from these lights, only energy.
Those who want to use the lamp for energy purposes should try 10 minutes 2 times a week. If it is not working for you, try several days a week.
Those who really have sleeping and waking up difficulties, should try 30-45 minutes every morning for 2 weeks.
Introductions on using the lamps will be placed near the lamps. Please, feel free to stop by the Student Counselling Centre for questions. We are located on the same floor as that café.
