Stillingsbeskrivelse

Mine undervisningsoppgaver er hovedsakelig knyttet til bachelorprogrammet i ernæring innenfor tematikker som matvarenes sammensetning, deres bruk og rolle i kostholdet, sammenhengen mellom kosthold og helse, kunnskap om tiltak for å fremme sunne kostvaner i befolkningen, global ernæring, samt ernæringsepidemiologi. Arbeidsoppgavene omfatter utvikling og gjennomføring av undervisning, eksamen og sensur, samt veiledning av bachelor og masteroppgaver.
