Nordic applicants: Generell studiekompetanse
International applicants: Higher Education Entrance Qualification and certified language requirements in English.

Course content
Students will be provided with theoretical knowledge about innovation, entrepreneurship, and small businesses. Students will learn to cooperate practically with case companies and/or case organisations.

Objectives of the course
Knowledge:
- will be familiar with central approaches and theories to understanding innovation as a core concept of entrepreneurship in general and cross border entrepreneurship in particular
Skills:
- will be able to apply theoretical concepts to understand and analyze processes of innovation and entrepreneurship in practice; will be able to self-assess his or her practical case study efforts
Competence:
- will appreciate the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship and can conduct teamwork based case work
Assessment
The students academic performance will be assessed both through:
A formative evaluation:
- Project and teamwork participation, I.e. attendance is mandatory (at least 80% of class) work paper.
- Project work-based written papers
- Written case work evaluations.
And a summative evaluation:
- Final term paper, 10 pages.
Final term paper is graded A-F.
Possibility for resit exam in case of F.
