The EPINOR Sum­mer School 2016

Thank you to all students who attended the EPINOR summer school for a great time at Refsnes Gods! This years theme were Causal inference and professor Stijn Vansteelandt and post doc Rhian Daniel were the lecturers.

One of the social activities during the week were sailing in a very windy weather and we are highly impressed by the EPINOR students. Also we had a aperitif and art tour on Wednesday where we got a presentation of Refsnes Gods and its extraordinary art. The last planed social activity were a tour to the Fortified Town in Fredrikstad with a vigorous tour guide and a nice dinner at the evening.

The evaluation show that all attending students thought the course from Stijn and Rhian was relevant, and that they all had enjoyed their EPINOR summer school week.
We were lucky to have Ali Naseribafrouei as our photographer and pictures from the summer school can be seen here.

Only three students brought posters to this years summer school and they were all granted as winners. Thank you to Tore Christoffersen, Anna Usynina and Tesfahun C. Eshetie.
