UPLOAD THE MANDATORY DOCUMENTS ON UiT's APPLICATION WEB SERVICE (SØKNADSWEB)

After you have been nominated by your home university as an exchange student to UiT The Arctic University of Norway, you must upload the following docuemnts on the Application Web (Søknadsweb):

1 - LEARNING AGREEMENT

• Inbound Student Exchange (ERASMUS+)

• Inbound Student Exchange (NON-ERASMUS)

2 - TRANSCRIPT OF RECORDS (MUST BE IN ENGLISH, NORWEGIAN, DANISH OR SWEDISH)

• 1- Bacchelor's transcript of records

• 2- Complete Bacchelor's transcript of records + Master''s transcript of records (only master's students who are selecting master's level course modules 3000-4000 )

Please upload your latest Transcript of Records with grade explanation (Relevé de notes, Certificato di laurea, Expediente académico & Studienbuch). The transcript should include the courses for all the semesters that you have completed at your university with or without final grades (original and verified (signed and stamped) copy in English.

An electronic transcript with electronic signature is also accepted as long as it is approved by your institution as an official document that can be submitted to an external institution for exchange admissions).

3 - INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT (NON-EU CITIZENS) OR ID CARD (EU CITIZENS). THESE DOCUMENTS MUST BE IN COLOUR AND UPLOADED AS A PDF FILE.

4 - PROOF OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY

As a rule, you must have a good command of English at least B2 level or C1 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR). Read more about the English language requirements and exemptions

5 - RESUME/CV (ONLY EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND)

Please upload a resumé or CV of only only your educational background (upper school, bachelor, master or PhD and it should be chronological in order .
