Gregor Ross Dørum Maxwell


Stillingsbeskrivelse

Jeg er førsteamanuensis i universitets pedagogikk og inkludering basert i Tromsø. Mine undervisningsoppgaver inkluderer å være kursleder for universitetets universitetspedagogisk basiskompetanse kurs, hvor jeg underviser og koordinerer gjennomføringen av kurset på tvers av alle fakulteter. Jeg bidrar også til workshops om inkludering og mangfold, bærekraft og læringsdesign.

Min forskning fokuserer på å utvikle inkluderende praksiser og holdninger blant undervisere. Deltakelse, inkludering og mangfold med et spesielt fokus på det sirkumpolare nord er sentrale aspekter i arbeidet mitt. Jeg er aktiv internasjonalt og er medlem av Universitetet i Arktis og UNESCO/UNITWIN tematiske nettverk for lærerutdanning for sosial rettferdighet og mangfold i utdanning.
