Yoga / meditasjon


A weekly program on Thursdays open to all students and staff.  Let go of a little stress. Let in a little breathing space.  Move into your day!

Dear fellow yoga practitioners and meditators,

Gunhild and I are pleased to continue our yoga and meditation sessions for Spring 2018 on Thursdays in Stillerom from 9.00-10.00. 

We will hold classes on these dates:

March 1, March 8, and March 15 (Laura and Gunhild),

April 5, 12 (Gunhild),

April 19-until the end of the semester (Laura and Gunhild).


You are welcome at the sessions and so don’t need to book your place via email each time – but please feel free to email either of us ( or ) for more information and with any questions.  We hold the classes both in English and in Norwegian.

If you need to borrow a yoga mat and have not already let me know earlier this semester, please email (  in advance.  Otherwise I bring along all seven extra mats and lend them out on a first-come, first-served basis to anyone who hasn’t already reserved one.
