Master of Food Sciences Mathias Rudolf Amundsen will Friday October 20, 2023, at 12:15 defend his thesis for the PhD degree in Natural Science. The title of his thesis is: 

 “Investigating the influence of biotic and abiotic factors on the phytochemical variation of lingonberries (Vaccinium Vitis-idaea L.) in Norway”
