Extraordinary Tromsø Doctoral Students Annual General Meeting with free lunch

The TODOS Board needs to be filled with four full positions: Academic Committee Chair, Social Committee Chair, Accountant and a Regular Board Member. Therefore, all PhD students are invited to an Extraordinary Annual General Meeting (AGM)  on 15.02, in Grillen (main cantina, Teorifagsbygget Hus 1), from 13:00 to 14:00. Free lunch will be served. All board members get compensation by extended work contract or discount of the teaching duties (as the person wishes), according to the work invested. The positions are elected from AGM to AGM, so they are for approximately one year. We hope a lot of people will show up and candidate for these positions. We are looking forward to see you there!
