Project objectives:

Primary objective: Develop a profitable and sustainable technology platform for harvesting snow crab based on Norwegian demands for EHS, salaries and product quality. Secondary objectives:

• Reduce labor force on deck from 5 to 3 persons per shift.
• Reduce labor force in factory from six to three persons per shift
• Eliminate all processes on board which cause unacceptable risk for crewmembers, both risk for direct injuries and injuries caused by long-term stress.
