Fit Futures

Fit Futures (FF) is a population-based health study that aims to increase knowledge about young people's health and lifestyle. Students in years 11, 12 and 13 of secondary school education (between the age of 15 and 18) were invited to participate in 3 surveys led by FF.  These surveys were conducted between 2010 and 2022 – the first being in 2010-2011 (FF1), the second being in 2012-2013 (FF2), and the last in 2021-2022.

Fit Futures is a part of the Department of Community Medicine at the Faculty of Health Sciences, UiT The Arctic University of Norway.

For researchers

Project leaders with a doctorate degree who are affiliated with competent research institutions may apply to access research data from Fit Futures. PhD and master students may not apply for research data. Their supervisor may apply for data on behalf of students and act as their project leader.

It is not possible to identify you from publications using data from Fit Futures, thus your identity is protected. We respect your privacy and process your personal information in accordance with the relevant regulations.
