Red meat consumption and risk of colorectal cancers – The Norwegian Women and health study.
The purpose of the study is to investigate the consumption of red meat and processed red meat separately as risk factors for colorectal cancer in Norwegian women. In addition, we will analyze low-grade inflammation as a possible mediator for CRC related to intake of red meat and processed red meat. This study is embedded within the Resilient North project.
