This project primarily serves as an educational initiative aimed at developing courses designed to enhance the skills of healthcare supervisors, thus improving their ability to guide healthcare students in the North Norway region. We are also integrating research to assess the influence of these courses and educational practices on both student learning and supervisory capabilities.
The project is led by the "Center for Health Professional Educational Development" at the Faculty of Health Sciences, UiT the Arctic University. It encompasses four work packages, with the Simulation work package being led by the Department of Pharmacy.
