Vidar Vambheim, associate professor at Icred, has edited a special issue in the Journal of peace Education, with authors from the research group and collaborating parties. The purpose of the journal is to promote discussions about theories, research and practice in peace pedagogy and cultural settings and is rated at level 2 in the policing channel Cristin. Congratulations on the public zone and thanks for the contribution to Vidar Vambheim, Tataian Wara and Mai Camilla Munkejord, Anne Birgitte Fyn and Gladys Berntsen, Siv Ingrid Nordkild and Ole Einar Hætta, Gry Paulgaard and Marianne Neerland Soleim as well as Martin Sjøen. These are particularly interesting articles, of high quality, which both cover research on migration, cultural encounters, and Sami perspectives. The articles show the breadth that the research group represents both in terms of topic, theoretical grounding, and research methodology. For the Icred research group, it is important to bring out the variety and breadth that exists within research into intercultural encounters, pedagogy, and didactics.
