SpaceVantage is a European initiative strengthening the future space workforce by bridging education and industry. The project develops future-ready skills, adaptive learning pathways, and sustainable education-industry collaboration models. SpaceVantage addresses emerging skills needs in the space sector by integrating digital, green, and deep-tech competencies into education and training systems across Europe:


Bridging education and industry in the space sector

SpaceVantage strengthens structured collaboration between higher education institutions, training providers and space industry stakeholders, ensuring that education and training are closely aligned with labour market needs.

Developing future-oriented skills for the Space Economy

The project supports the development of digital, green and deep-tech skills required in the evolving space sector, preparing students and professionals for emerging job profiles.

Modernising curricula and learning pathways

SpaceVantage promotes the innovation of curricula and learning approaches by integrating work-based learning, practical experiences and industry-driven challenges within education and training systems.

Supporting policy, innovation and ecosystem development

The project provides evidence, tools and recommendations that contribute to skills strategies, education reform and competitiveness in the European space ecosystem.

Promoting diversity and inclusion in space-related careers

SpaceVantage encourages the participation of women and underrepresented groups, ensuring equal access to learning opportunities and careers in the space sector.
