EDGE Flagship Study 2026–27: Immersive Information Resilience and Preparedness in Finnmark Schools

In partnership with Statsforvalteren i Troms og Finnmark, EDGE is evaluating XR/AI-supported scenarios for understanding emotion, information dynamics, preparedness, and high-risk decision-making among upper-secondary students. Associate Professor Marcela Douglas leads the overall educational component and information security branch. Professor Gunhild Hoogensen Gjørv leads the Geopolitics component of the educational project. Professor Ana Luisa Sanchez Laws leads the XR/AI component, including the development of the "XR/AI for civilian preparedness" theoretical/methodological framework.
