Congratulations to Professor Mohamad Y. Mustafa on his appointment as an Arctic Chair at UiT- The Arctic University of Norway The Arctic University of Norway, within The Arctic Six alliance (https://www.arcticsix.org/).
This is a proud moment for our group. Prof. Mohamad Y. Mustafa has been central to building the research and collaborative spirit that defines BEaM, and this recognition reflects years of dedication to advancing sustainable energy and Arctic research.
The Arctic Chair role opens up opportunities to deepen international partnerships and tackle some of the most pressing challenges facing Arctic regions, from energy security to the green transition. We're especially excited about the work ahead in hydrogen and fuel cell technologies and sustainable energy systems, areas where our team has been active and where cross-border collaboration matters most.
