This project evaluates a co-located residential community solution for young disabled individuals and persons with developmental disabilities. The study is a qualitative evaluation of various aspects of the co-located residential home. We study the co-located residential home as both a home and a workplace and have sought to illuminate the home and the workplace respectively from the perspectives of residents, staff, and managers at various levels.
