The purpose of this project is to investigate what contracted workers with disabilities at Department of Social Education think about their work experiences at UiT regarding their experience of equality, communication and real work inclusion. The project will also investigate how collegues, students, external collaborators and leaders experience working together with people with disabilities regarding equality, communication and real work inclusion.
