Infinitivals in Scandinavian
As of the spring semester 2006 there is a group at the University of Tromsø working specifically on the syntax of infinitivals across Scandinavian varieties. The group is led by Postdoctoral Fellow Anna-Lena Wiklund.

Classification continued (Icelandic). Identification of structure for each class (tests: adverbs, floating quantifiers). Investigation of verb movement possibilities (Icelandic and Northern Norwegian). Determination of prototype verbs for each class. Construction of test sentences for Faroese and Danish.
